How long does shipping take?

We try to pack and dispatch your order within 3 working days. You will have to refer to your shipping quote for how long from then it will take to reach you.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate for shipping. For the UK it's £1.50 or free for orders over £15. For the EU it's £4 or free for orders over £25. For everywhere else it's £4 or free for orders over £30. 

How is my order packaged?

Small orders are shipped in a hard backed envelope and larger orders in a size-appropriate box. We wrap and hand sign everything with love. 

How long will my painting last?

We always use paints that are lightfast so your artwork will last at least a lifetime in normal display conditions. We always recommend displaying artwork away from direct sunlight.

How large are your prints?

We use the European standard 'A' sizes for prints. Please refer to the image below for more size information.

Paper guide – GSM (grams per square metre) refers to how thick paper is. Normal printer paper is 80gsm. Our prints come in a variety of paper thicknesses. Please bear this in mind when purchasing your prints.
